Every paper accepted at the conference requires at least one author registered before the

early bird registration deadline of April 10th

ICDE2024 is a fully physical conference. No online presentation options are provided. Authors are expected to present their work in person.

Visa invitation letters are generated automatically at the end of the registration if requested during the registration process. Certain embassies may require some specific information in the visa letter (for instance passport number). In these cases, the participant is requested to add the necessary information as one of the lines of the address so that they appear on the letter. Note that the letter contains already a statement about the program and the financial support.

The fees are as described in the following table. No registration cancellation will be possible less than a month before the conference start date, i.e., after April 13th. Cancellation has an $150 fee.
